About The Position
Scientific Applications & Research Associates, Inc. (SARA) in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for highly motivated students and recent graduates who can adapt to a variety of challenges and are ready to take their learning beyond the classroom environment. The internship program is currently looking for students and recent graduates in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, and Computer Science. This is a hands-on internship designed to engage interns and help them grow in their chosen field of study, contributing to an organization that invents new technologies and matures them into useful products. Interns will work on projects that challenge them and expand their ability to think outside the box.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate (Junior level or within 2 years of graduation) or recently graduated (within the last year) in the field of study applicable to the position for which you are applying
- GPA > 2.75
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions
- Capable of working independently and completing assigned tasks
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
