About The Position

Worthington Steel is hiring motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team at our Columbus, Ohio facility. Whether you are new to the workforce or looking for a career change, we provide paid on-the-job training and a pathway to a long-term career in manufacturing. Seeking individuals with flexibility to work any of our 3 shifts, with a strong need on 2nd shift. $1.50 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy materials safely
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• Forklift or crane experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate or support manufacturing production lines
• Package, band, and label finished materials
• Set up and assist with machine operations
• Weigh and prepare materials for processing
• Use forklift and/or overhead crane to move materials
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
