Requirements

• 18 months: Advance to Level 3
• 30 months: Advance to Level 4
• 42 months: Advance to Level 5 after meeting required job qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate mill equipment using manual and automatic controls.
• Monitor material as it moves through the production process.
• Make tooling and mechanical adjustments to maintain proper production and minimize waste.
• Operate equipment efficiently while maintaining production and quality standards.
• Perform required quality inspections and record measurements accurately.
• Monitor production and maintain required records.
• Identify causes of production inefficiencies when production goals are not met.
• Follow all required safety, quality, housekeeping, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Follow instructions and assignments provided by plant supervision.
• Perform other related manufacturing duties as assigned.
