General Manufacturing - Stator Winder Insulator B - Fourth Shift
About The Position
This position involves winding, taping, and insulating coils for stators used in motors and generators. The role requires preparing insulation as needed, following specified methods and procedures, and utilizing hand and power tools. Daily and weekly TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tasks must be completed accurately and consistently. The role operates under normal supervision. A minimum of five thousand (5,000) hours of experience is required for proficient performance. The employee will also perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor within the same salary grade or below. In the Coil/Stator Manufacturing area, upon completion of one thousand (1,000) hours of training on a CNC-driven machine, a Stator Winder Insulator B will be promoted to a Stator Winder Insulator A - Grade 4. Department/Cell crossover does not apply. Must be a sole US citizen.
Requirements
- Requires a general knowledge of coil winding techniques and operations, insulating procedures and materials.
- Five thousand (5,000) hours experience required to perform work proficiently.
- Must be a sole US citizen.
