Stator Winder Hookup - Fourth Shift
About The Position
Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators, following methods and procedures in the applicable specifications. Use hand and power tools as required. The position works under normal supervision and requires 6,000 hours of experience to acquire basic skills. Perform other duties designated by the supervisor that are in the same salary grade or below. The position is on-site in Mankato, Minnesota, with a stated schedule of Friday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The listed salary range is $25.75 to $29.93, plus a 10% shift differential, with bi-weekly pay.
Requirements
- High school or vocational graduate, or equivalent.
- Must be a sole U.S. citizen.
- Obtain general knowledge of coil winding techniques and operations, machine set-up operations, insulation, soldering procedures, and materials through progressive on-the-job training.
- 6,000 hours of experience required to acquire basic skills.
