The Station Security Manager is responsible for administering and maintaining policies to ensure the physical security of all organizational property and assets. This role involves reporting and analytics to ensure compliance with TAPA America guidelines, identifying and recommending improvements, and working closely with contracted security teams to reduce incident SLA times. Key functions include training and developing local teams, creating reports for leadership and customers, managing the contracted security team's performance and reporting, and developing site-specific security procedures and protocols. The manager will also partner with the customer's onsite SOC, Corporate Security, and Corporate IT to ensure compliance with global security policies and hardware standards. This position requires reporting and investigating all security incidents, collaborating on security enhancements, and potentially communicating with law enforcement. Given the 24/7 operational nature, after-hours availability is required.
