About The Position

The Station Operations Specialist will be responsible for evaluating, onboarding, and building long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). This role involves negotiating contracts and service pricing, providing daily operational support, monitoring package deliveries, and resolving delivery-related issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient operations. The specialist will also analyze performance metrics, ensure DSP compliance, and collaborate with internal teams on delivery strategies.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Experience in logistics operations, vendor management, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DSPs is a plus.
• Familiarity with logistics systems and industry regulations is preferred.
• Educational background in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
