About The Position

The Station Associate is responsible for providing customers with a satisfying fueling experience, including fast and friendly service. Major responsibilities beyond customer satisfaction include completing register transactions, maintaining general appearance and station cleanliness in a fast paced environment while adhering to company policies. Haffner's is a prominent wholesale fuel distributor in New England, managing 72 gas stations, convenience stores, car washes, and food service locations. Our renowned Haffner's brand operates across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. Responsibilities

Provide customers with a satisfying fueling experience, including fast and friendly service.
Complete register transactions.
Maintain general appearance and station cleanliness in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies.
Maintain a clean and safe station as directed by management in their assigned duties.
Adhere to all company policy and procedures. Notify management of any policies that are unclear, or not being followed by other employees.
Maintain store cleanliness standards.
Complete duties as assigned by management.
Maintain safe conditions and follow procedures in times of inclement weather, damage to the property or unforeseen emergencies.
Report to management any equipment or facility condition that is in need of repair or creates a hazard.
Strict compliance of cash handling procedures, shift accounting, and fuel operations.
Adhere to safety procedures and loss prevention policies designed to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
