Requirements

  • Understanding of the staffing industry, VMS, and the difference between SOW and contingent workforce management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; knowledge of Visio is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present recommendations to all levels of management.
  • Ability to build positive team spirit.
  • 3+ years of MSP/VMS experience; procurement experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain SOW fulfillment via phone, email, and VMS online management application.
  • Assist hiring managers in SOW bidding/RFx, onboarding, and extension management of SOW consultants.
  • Partner with the Bartech Program Director and interact daily with the client SOW Analyst.
  • Provide Level One support for hiring managers and suppliers using the VMS tool, focusing on in-person meetings.
  • Support SOW consultant onboarding, invoicing approval, and offboarding.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers to administer the RFP/SOW engagement process.
  • Track customer progress in fulfilling open SOW requirements, including content development and recommendations for deliverables, SLAs, penalties, and payment characteristics.
  • Escalate troubled requisitions to the Guidant Global Program Director as needed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and presentation, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Seek to prevent injury to any employee, customer, worker, or contractor.
  • Actively participating and completing compliance training as required.
  • Consider the safety implications of decisions.
