About The Position

The State Systems Advisor serves as a key liaison and subject-matter expert for OFM Statewide Accounting, representing the needs of Washington’s statewide financial and accounting community in efforts to modernize and maintain enterprise financial and administrative systems. The role reports directly to the Statewide Accounting Director and works with One Washington, OFM Information Technology, state agencies, and other project teams to support system changes, policy improvements, and reliable statewide operations. The role also provides technical consulting on system interfaces and operations, supports ad hoc legacy-system remediation, coordinates implementation efforts with external agencies, and maintains communication to resolve issues and achieve results.
