About The Position

Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC. is hiring a State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) for part-time private-duty caregiving in patients’ homes. The role provides compassionate, one-on-one care to help patients—including veterans and other members of the American workforce—remain independent and comfortable at home. Available schedules are Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. or Saturday and Sunday, 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Hold a current State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) license in the state(s) of practice.
• Hold a current hands-on BLS certification.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Complete a TB test; the company will cover the charge if the test is not up to date.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes.
• Promote personal safety and maintain a safe environment for clients.
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and job requirements.
• Provide quality care that supports patients’ independence and comfort.
