About The Position
The Radcliff Veteran Center is a skilled nursing facility serving Kentucky veterans. Its mission is to foster independence, preserve dignity, and provide compassionate care. The Nurse Aide State Registered I assists veterans with daily life functions, provides care, and engages residents in meaningful activities to promote quality of life. The position is located at the Radcliff Veteran Center in Radcliff, Kentucky, and includes a locality premium of $2.63 per hour. The role may involve exposure to infectious waste, diseases, and conditions requiring safety procedures, as well as occasional encounters with unpredictable patient or resident behavior. The position has an initial and promotional probationary period of six months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
Requirements
- Must possess current registration with the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry as administered by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services and the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
- Must maintain any required licenses, certifications, or other credentials throughout employment.
- No experience, training, or skills are required.
