The State Manager will manage and build brand sales/marketing plans and budgets to meet or exceed targets, lead strategic business decisions within the state, and collaborate with distributor leadership on commercial plans, objectives, targets, priorities, and budgets. Pricing strategies, full channel business analysis, and evaluation/adjustment of plans based on market performance are also key responsibilities. The role requires monitoring and communicating competitive, consumer, and pricing activity, and leading review meetings with distributors.
