Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7–10 years of experience in sales leadership, in wine and spirits industry.
  • Proven ability to lead distributor relationships and deliver against financial and strategic goals.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

  • Own Liquor Control Board relationships and lead distributor partners to execute state-level strategies for Pernod Ricard USA’s full portfolio.
  • Align distributors to performance goals and KPIs, ensuring execution of programming and compliance with service standards.
  • Utilize data dashboards and digital tools to track progress, inform decisions, and optimize distributor performance.
  • Drive pricing execution, demand forecasting, and financial performance within established guardrails.
  • Contribute to annual operating plans (AOP), joint executional planning, and transformational initiatives.
  • Collect and share state and channel insights to inform broader planning processes.
  • Partner with teams on chain-level planning and execution, ensuring alignment between chain and non-chain strategies.
  • Support national chains team to maintain strong relationships with distributor personnel and accounts.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and high performance across direct and indirect teams.
  • Set clear objectives and conduct regular performance huddles to drive results and employee development.
  • Reinforce ethical operations and compliance with state and local regulations.
