About The Position

SpaceX is developing technologies to enable human life on Mars. Starlink delivers high-speed, low-latency internet around the world. Customer Success gets the service online, activated, billed, and growing after a deal is signed. Customer Success Specialists own activations and billing from signed contract order through a working account. This entry-level individual contributor role supports Starlink operations across Latin America. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, familiar with regional invoicing and shipping processes, organized, accurate under high volume, and takes ownership of getting orders live and billed correctly. The role involves processing orders and setting up customer accounts; coordinating shipments and resolving delivery or documentation issues; supporting local invoicing, including Mexico’s CFDI electronic invoicing requirements; tracking activation and billing milestones; reconciling past-due balances and unapplied cash; and communicating with Spanish-speaking customers and internal teams. The specialist also identifies opportunities to improve operational processes. Applicants must meet U.S. Government export-control requirements: be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. SpaceX is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides reasonable accommodation in the application and interview process.
