About The Position

Joplin 44 Petro is seeking energetic, customer-service-driven part-time Starbucks team members for day and evening shifts. The role involves welcoming guests, remembering regular customers’ orders, and serving high-quality products with excellent service. The position offers flexible scheduling and up to 20 hours per week. The Starbucks location operates daily from 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM. This is an on-site position.

Requirements

• High personal level of integrity, professionalism, and maturity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning.
• Ability to stand and walk around a restaurant for 8 hours.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and raise arms above head on occasion.
• Must be able to work days and evenings.
