Tactical Revolution, LLC•Dallas, GA

About The Position

Tactical Revolution, LLC is seeking reliable, motivated individuals to serve as Standby Role Players in support of a military tactical training exercise. Standby Role Players fill unexpected staffing shortages, replace absent Role Players, and support changing exercise requirements. They may be activated at any time during the assigned standby period and, if activated, must be capable of performing the full duties and physical requirements of a Role Player. Standby Role Players report to the designated exercise location at the required time and remain available throughout the assigned standby period. They maintain communication with Tactical Revolution leadership and exercise staff, prepare to participate immediately in training scenarios if activated, follow scenario scripts and exercise instructions, comply with safety directions, maintain professional conduct, and complete required onboarding, paperwork, and base-access requirements. If activated, Role Player duties may include portraying Opposing Force (OPFOR) personnel and participating in scenarios involving marking-cartridge weapons. Role Players must be able to follow scripts without ad-libbing, wear scenario-appropriate clothing and equipment, and operate military weapons systems and fire marking-cartridge weapons, paintball-type systems, and blank ammunition after instruction on safe use. Duties may involve austere environments, hours of darkness, restraint or zip-ties, searches by trainees, prolonged standing or prone positions, and exposure to non-lethal marking ammunition while wearing required protective equipment. The assigned dates are December 7 through December 11. Compensation is $50 per day for reporting as scheduled and remaining available during the standby period. If activated, the rate is $20 per hour, or the applicable Role Player hourly rate for time worked.
