About The Position

Tactical Revolution, LLC is seeking reliable, motivated individuals to serve as Standby Role Players (SB RPs) in support of a military tactical training exercise. Standby Role Players fill unexpected staffing shortages, replace absent Role Players, and support changing exercise requirements. They may be activated at any time during the assigned standby period and, if activated, must be capable of performing the full duties and physical requirements of a Role Player. Standby Role Players report to the designated exercise location at the required time and remain available for the assigned standby period. They maintain communication with Tactical Revolution leadership and exercise staff, prepare to participate immediately in training scenarios if activated, follow scenario scripts and exercise instructions, adhere to safety procedures, and maintain professional conduct. They also complete required onboarding, exercise paperwork, and base-access requirements. If activated, Role Player duties may include portraying OPFOR personnel in scripted scenarios involving marking-cartridge weapons. Participants must be able to work in austere environments and during hours of darkness, wear scenario-appropriate clothing and required protective equipment, and perform physical activities such as remaining prone or standing for extended periods and being restrained or zip-tied. Scenarios may involve trainees frisking or searching participants while restrained and engaging them with non-lethal marking ammunition, including Simunition®, UTM, or paintball-type systems. Compensation is $50 per day for reporting as scheduled and remaining available during the assigned standby period. If activated, compensation is $20 per hour for Role Player duties, or the applicable Role Player hourly rate for time worked. The assignment dates are December 7–11.
