Tactical Revolution, LLC is seeking reliable, motivated individuals to serve as Standby Role Players (SB RPs) in support of a military tactical training exercise. Standby Role Players fill unexpected staffing shortages, replace absent Role Players, and support changing exercise requirements. They may be activated at any time during the assigned standby period and, if activated, must be capable of performing the full duties and physical requirements of a Role Player. Standby Role Players report to the designated exercise location at the required time and remain available for the assigned standby period. They maintain communication with Tactical Revolution leadership and exercise staff, and must be ready to participate in training scenarios immediately if activated. They follow scenario scripts, exercise instructions, and safety procedures, maintain professional conduct, and complete required onboarding, exercise paperwork, and base-access requirements. If activated, Role Player duties may include portraying Opposing Force (OPFOR) personnel and participating in scenarios involving marking-cartridge weapons. Role Players must follow assigned scripts without ad-libbing or changing scenario scope, wear attire and protective equipment appropriate to the scenario, and operate various military weapons systems after receiving instruction on safe use. The role may involve austere environments, hours of darkness, restraint, searches and frisking, extended periods standing or prone, and being engaged with non-lethal marking ammunition while wearing designated protective equipment. The listed compensation is $50 per day for reporting as scheduled and remaining available during the assigned standby period, and $20 per hour if activated to perform Role Player duties. The posting also lists a salary description of $18–$20 per hour. The exercise dates are December 7–10.
