About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring Stand up Forklift Operators/Material Handlers in El Paso, TX. As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator/Material Handler, you will perform a variety of warehouse and material handling functions, including loading, unloading, and staging products and materials using a stand-up forklift. You will also prepare products for shipment, check orders for accuracy, and follow safety rules and adhere to good housekeeping requirements. This is a full-time opportunity with two shift options: 1st Shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm and 2nd Shift from 3:30 pm to 12 am. Flexibility to work overtime on Saturdays is also required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 - 2 years' experience in warehouse - material handing
• Stand Up Forklift experience is required
• Ability to lift and carry product up to 40 pounds
• Read, count and perform basic math functions
• Team oriented, safety minded and motivated
• Must have a valid State Driver's license
• Pre-employment Physical will be required
