About The Position
This is a part-time Stand Supervisor position. The role involves managing stand operations, including inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction and safety compliance. The position requires evening and weekend availability.
Requirements
- Actively demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices, open communication, accuracy in transactions, respect, sincerity, helpfulness, and courtesy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong desire and ability to delight and accommodate guests.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- ProServe certification required.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
Nice To Haves
- Spirits and/or Wine service education would be an asset.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily inventory counts.
- Oversee daily operations and supervise servers, support staff, and bartenders.
- Lead, train, coach, and mentor a small team.
- Answer guest inquiries and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized stand.
- Adhere to uniform standards and job-specific standard operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
