About The Position

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead for the State Farm Arena. This role is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by completing steps of service, understanding menu offerings, and managing inventory. The Stand Lead will also handle conflict resolution and de-escalation, build rapport with guests, and maintain a positive atmosphere. The position requires physical stamina for long periods of standing and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and guests
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere
• Working knowledge of food and beverage offerings, inventory support, and guest service standards
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Must be able to work all Hawks home games

Responsibilities

• Completes and follows up on steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction
• Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing
• Helps with inventory and product management for the stand
• Conflict resolutions and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods of time throughout the day.
• Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
