About The Position

Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. This role involves interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction and collaborating with co-workers to meet company service standards. The position also requires completing assigned side work and performing other duties as needed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience working in a similar setting.
• Outgoing personality and ability to interact with high profile guests.
• Ability to remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions with little guidance.
• Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven runner/bar back experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Conflict resolutions and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods of time throughout the day.
• Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
