About The Position

The Stamping Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating stamping machines to shape, cut, and form metal or other materials into precise components. This position ensures that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The operator is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and monitoring stamping equipment to produce parts that meet exact specifications. Attention to detail and adherence to operational procedures are essential to minimize waste and prevent defects. Requirements

• Previous experience operating stamping or similar manufacturing machinery.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints or technical drawings.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Certification in machine operation or manufacturing processes.
