Overhead crane and forklift experience an asset

Responsibilities

Operate stamping machine, load and unload parts.
Stamp parts as specified on the drawing.
Operate phosphate station, load and unload parts.
Dip parts in wax for thread protection.
Wrap plungers in protective materials and document tracking information. Prep them for shipping.
Perform weekly/daily tests on the phosphate tanks.
Stock parts on shelves or organize them in crates for transfer to bin locations.
Process work orders
Regular machine cleaning
Regular preventative maintenance.
Train new employees if required.
Leading by example by following established Quality, Health and Safety policies & procedures.
Showing respect and pride for facilities and equipment.
Being responsible – on time for work, and take breaks during designated times.
Carrying out other tasks from time to time as assigned by a supervisor or request for assistance as needed.
