About The Position

The Stamping Machine Maintenance Team Member at TOYOTETSU NORTH AMERICA is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of stamping machines within the manufacturing facility. The role helps minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on stamping equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of stamping machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, particularly within the automotive sector.
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues in stamping machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to document maintenance activities and communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed to support production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on stamping machines to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
