Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least 3 years of experience maintaining and repairing stamping machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, particularly in the automotive sector.
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues in stamping machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting maintenance activities and communicating with team members and supervisors.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed to support production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on stamping machines to support operational efficiency and safety.
