Responsibilities

  • Helps facilitate VIP tours of TRIUMF, including with government and international partners, including universities, research facilities, and foreign governments.
  • Create and collect biographies, briefing notes, and powepoints for consumption by the Leadership Team.
  • Support the enterprise-wide lobbying efforts with the Federal and Provincial Governments.
  • With supervision, help build VIP tracking solution for use by Leadership Team.
  • Support upcoming symposium and conference with international partners.
