Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in framing, carpentry, woodworking, or a related construction trade (Required)
Experience using common carpentry equipment such as saws, drills, levels, and measuring tools
The ability to work outdoors in varying job site conditions
Ability to frequently lift materials weighing up to 75 pounds
A valid driver's license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record
A DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one
Must be at least 21 years of age
Dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship

Responsibilities

Install custom straight and curved stair systems at residential and commercial construction sites
Interpret blueprints, layouts, and installation instructions
Measure, trim, level, shim, and secure stair components using hand and power tools
Transport materials to job sites using a 26-foot box truck
Load and unload stair components weighing up to 75 pounds
Assist with warehouse responsibilities when needed
Help maintain organized, safe, and professional job sites
