Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
- Effective communication skills in French & English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating promotional product procurement and tracking timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Support data entry and maintenance of promotional item records in internal systems (e.g., MBA).
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to follow up on purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Help monitor inventory levels and flag potential supply risks related to promotional campaigns.
- Prepare reports and summaries to support planning and execution of promotional events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply planning, and distribution to ensure alignment on promotional supply needs.
- Collaborate with external customer.
