Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Science-related degree or diploma program (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Sciences, or a related field), Quality Assurance program, or Regulatory Affairs program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to Smartsheet is a plus
- Power BI experience is a plus
- Knowledge or interest in Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Knowledge or interest in Canadian pharmaceutical GMP regulations and regulated environments.
- Knowledge or interest in Audit processes, compliance programs, or document review activities.
- Knowledge or interest in Data analysis and reporting.
- Bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written) is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with quality and compliance projects, including audit readiness initiatives.
- Supporting the upload and maintenance of MasterControl quality modules data.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality, audit, and compliance data.
- Assisting with audit observation trending and quality metrics reporting.
- Supporting document reviews and quality documentation updates.
- Supporting activities that promote compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
