Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Science-related degree or diploma program (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Sciences, or a related field), Quality Assurance program, or Regulatory Affairs program.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Smartsheet is a plus
  • Power BI experience is a plus
  • Knowledge or interest in Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Knowledge or interest in Canadian pharmaceutical GMP regulations and regulated environments.
  • Knowledge or interest in Audit processes, compliance programs, or document review activities.
  • Knowledge or interest in Data analysis and reporting.
  • Bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with quality and compliance projects, including audit readiness initiatives.
  • Supporting the upload and maintenance of MasterControl quality modules data.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality, audit, and compliance data.
  • Assisting with audit observation trending and quality metrics reporting.
  • Supporting document reviews and quality documentation updates.
  • Supporting activities that promote compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
