Requirements

Responsibilities
- Planifie, rédige et développe les spécifications d'usine de montage informatisé (eCATES).
- Définit le procédé de montage, outillage et l'équipement d'essais nécessaires pour monter les modules et moteurs conformément aux normes de qualité et ingénieries P&WC.
- Interprète les dessins complexes, les documents et les spécifications d'ingénieries.
- Entretient un lien étroit avec l'ingénierie pour la création des instructions et séquences de test moteur.
- Incorpore les RFN et changements d'ingénierie.
- Supporte la production dans l'amélioration des procédés d'assemblage et la préparation de la production.
- Supporte la production dans le maintien et l'amélioration des séquences de test moteur.
- Premier point de contact pour créer les procédures d'assemblage et de test temporaires lors d'une investigation.
- Mène ou participe à une clinique qualité pour assurer le suivit des indicateurs de performance ACE du département.
- Design databases to centralize tooling and assembly data, part characteristics and engineering requirements for the fixed blade measurement center.
- Creation of the digital directory of reference models (Masters) measuring engine blade air volumes.
- Participate in the development of a more efficient fixed blade alteration tool by working in collaboration with the tooling team and document the work methodology.
- Develop and improve visualization (KPI) and data collection tools for quality analysis and productivity at the fixed blade measurement center.
- Participate and conduct investigations aimed at identifying the root causes of dimensional variations on parts, measurement systems and engine operating problems for different business units.
