About The Position

The Stage Manager provides leadership, communication, and support across departments as it pertains to both the rehearsal process and day to day show operations. Collaborate across departments to ensure that show integrity and safety is maintained throughout the show run.

Requirements

  • Ability to problem solve in a collaborative, positive and decisive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and provide high-level oversight throughout rehearsals, show run, and other required company events, ensuring the needs of all stakeholders are met and that a consistent, professional and safe work environment is maintained.
  • Collaborate with the Show Operations Leadership Team to maintain the technical and artistic vision of the Show, including general awareness of onstage and offstage patterns for all departments.
  • Collaborate across departments to support the planning, training and preparation for all upcoming shows.
  • Fulfill all duties of a stage manager with accuracy as assigned by your supervisor. This may include scheduling, communication, calling the show, running backstage tracks, documentation, etc.
  • Actively promote and exemplify an environment that upholds our Core Values and Culture.
  • Work to build trust and teamwork throughout your entire department and all other Show Operations departments.
  • Attend any required leadership meetings as directed by your supervisor.
