Requirements

  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Enrolled in a Canadian university for the entire duration of your internship.
  • Able to work on-site in the province where you are hired, if applicable.
  • Degree in progress in Engineering, Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or Computer Science.
  • Excellent communication skills in French (spoken/written).
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
  • Suite Office with Intermediate-Advanced Excel and Word skills.

  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is required to meet the operational needs of the employer and the people with whom the candidate will interact. This position is in a French-speaking work environment, but requires functional knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings, and technical terms that may come from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with international clients, suppliers, or colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in or coordinate review sessions and process improvements prior to changes.
  • Test, adjust, or create work instructions, forms, and process mapping.
  • Keep documents and links available on our intranet site up to date.
  • Support data validation compliance activities.
  • Participate in the pre- and post-implementation stages of systems (Ariba, SAP Hana, VMS, ...).
  • Support the evaluation of process maturity and risk analysis.
  • Work closely with the entire team on ad hoc tasks.
