About The Position

This position is intended for a current student at McGill University who has been accepted to the Work Study program. The Stage Hand assists with the technical preparation of venues for all events, moves chairs, stands, and stage equipment, and helps with the placement of technical equipment as instructed. The role requires the individual to remain attentive and approachable at all times. McGill University is an English-language university, and this position requires English communication skills. Requirements

• Current student at McGill University accepted to the Work Study program
• Must include Work Study Confirmation Letter
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Willing to work in the province of Quebec
• English spoken and read
• Basic French spoken
• High School Diploma
• 1 Year Related Experience

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of classical music
• Relevant experience in the field of work
• Knowledge of related audio/video equipment and/or software

Benefits
