BASIC PURPOSE The Staffing Solutions Manager leads and oversees the daily operations of the staffing specialist team within the company’s per diem and homecare staffing solutions. This role ensures that client facilities/programs are consistently staffed with qualified healthcare professionals, while balancing efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. The Manager serves as the key point of contact between staffing specialists, sourcing teams, healthcare professionals, and client facilities to ensure seamless scheduling and high-quality service delivery. In addition to managing daily operations, the Manager supervises, mentors, and supports staffing specialists to ensure performance standards and service levels are consistently met. This includes providing training, coaching, and professional development to strengthen scheduling accuracy and service levels, while fostering a collaborative and client-focused team culture that supports both employee growth and client satisfaction.
