Penick Village Continuing Care Life Planning community is seeking an experienced, organized and efficient Staffing Coordinator to join our Healthcare team. The primary role of the Staffing Coordinator team member is to carry out the day-to-day staffing of the Nursing Department in accordance with our established budget and applicable state and federal regulations. This role also includes maintaining department supplies to ensure the department meet the needs of residents. The primary purpose of the Staffing Coordinator position is to be responsible for the day-to-day staffing of the Healthcare Department in accordance with our established budget and applicable state and federal regulations. The Staffing Coordinator will also maintain the necessary supplies in accordance with our established budget to meet the needs of residents.
