In this role, you'll strategically build a client base through consistent outreach, visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers to design staffing solutions, conduct candidate interviews, and provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers as well as internal staff members. You'll be the face of our company, building trust and rapport with key decision-makers. This role involves account management, developing and implementing service delivery plans, and overseeing the development of the branch team. You'll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, creativity, and excellence. Together, we'll push boundaries, challenge norms, and achieve remarkable results.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role
  • High level of customer service and account management skills
  • Ability to motivate and influence internal staff
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities who can manage and develop a high-performing team

Responsibilities

  • Strategically build a client base through consistent outreach
