About The Position

The Sales Coordinator assists in the promotion and direction of marketing or service activities, improvement of the company's product image, market data, and information. This role supports the manager in Sales Administration, focusing on Sales Promotional claim validation and processing, Sales MDF program analysis, Sales Related chargeback resolution, and various special projects.

Requirements

  • Accounting/Finance, Business Administration Bachelor’s degree or similar
  • 2+ years of account reconciliation and corporate environment experience
  • SAP experience
  • Experience in a corporate environment
  • Ability to work well with others and take direction from supervisor and other top management.
  • Basic M/S Office skills including Word, Excel (V Look Ups, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform duties and responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • Account Reconciliation experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Validate and Process Sales Deduction claims through SAP Claim System
  • Validate and Process SPA claims through Salesforce Dotcom
  • Maintain and reconcile Sales MDF programs for Regional Sales
  • Work with Sales in order to reduce monthly chargebacks
  • Analyze chargeback process and design a way to lessen number of deductions and process more efficiently
  • Assist with special & other ad hoc requests
  • Investigates market conditions and facilities to determine time, place, type of sale, and whether items shall be sold individually or in lots.
  • Coordinates representatives who may call on existing or potential customers.
  • Makes forecasts on anticipated market sales. Submits reports of sales activity and maintains records.
  • Promotes satisfactory customer relations. Coordinates advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Provides marketing advice to organizational units.
