As the Staffing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive consistent, high-quality care by supporting staffing operations and maintaining accurate schedules.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Active CNA/CMT certification (required)
Strong computer skills and comfort with technology
Ability to work flexible hours when needed to support staffing needs

Nice To Haves

Experience in staffing, scheduling, or healthcare administration preferred
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nursing and support departments
Monitor call-offs, attendance, and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
Communicate promptly with department leaders regarding staffing needs, open shifts, and schedule changes
Support new hire onboarding by preparing schedules, updating rosters, and assisting with orientation logistics
Maintain accurate schedules, and attendance documentation
Respond to staff questions regarding schedules and shift availability
Collaborate with HR, nursing leadership, and department managers to support staffing strategies and managing PPD according to facility metrics.
Provide excellent customer service to staff, residents, and families
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support smooth facility operations
