This is a professional level staff position performing varied assignments under the supervision of the Assistant Regional Executive Director and/or Administrator and in coordination with the Recruitment and Credentialing teams. The on-site Hiring Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative staff assignments. These include providing an open schedule for interviewing via phone and in person, job fair events for potential new employees, and placement of those employees into residential areas. The Hiring Coordinator will assist candidates at multiple stages of the hiring process for external and internal positions. The Hiring Coordinator is the primary contact with the Recruitment and Credentialing departments and liaison with hiring managers in all residential areas.
