Staffing Coordinator - LPN REQUIRED
About The Position
We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator/Nurse Scheduler to join our team. Our Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator's play a vital role in our resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. They will be the main point of contact for all nursing department for scheduling shifts and vacations, as well as assisting in covering gaps in coverage when they arise. We are looking for skilled Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator's to become a part of our facility's compassionate and hospitable care-giving team. We are a state of the art rehabilitation resort where we combine uncompromising luxury, never before seen amenities, and the highest quality care to provide a superior rapid rehabilitation experience.
Requirements
- Good computer skills, including solid working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and friendly outlook
- Problem solving abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- RN/LPN license
- Previous Nursing Scheduling experience
Responsibilities
- Scheduling shifts and vacations for the nursing department
