This is a full-time position for a Staffing Coordinator. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with managers to assist with hiring needs, recruiting qualified candidates through various methods, pre-screening applicants, interviewing candidates, managing new hire paperwork and personnel files, and ensuring all employment records are up-to-date. The coordinator will also be responsible for conducting background checks, informing applicants about job details, and managing high-volume applications. Occasional travel is required.
