About The Position

Join Benedictine as a Staffing Coordinator! This role is crucial for planning, organizing, and maintaining schedules while adhering to budgets. The Staffing Coordinator will build strong relationships with the team to ensure appropriate staffing for the safety and well-being of residents. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
  • Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
  • Must have good communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitors schedules
  • Works with budgets

  • Develops schedules
  • Maintains facility budgeted hours
  • Performs timecard audits and edits as necessary
  • Documents and communicates attendance concerns to management
