About The Position

Staffing is not just about filling shifts—it’s about ensuring children and families receive consistent, compassionate care when they need it most. As a Staffing Coordinator, you play a central role in maintaining that promise. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, value accountability, and want your work to directly support meaningful outcomes, this role will challenge and reward you in equal measure. The Staffing Coordinator operates at the intersection of workforce strategy and mission delivery. You will independently manage staffing operations to ensure every shift is covered, compliant, and aligned with client needs. Often the first point of contact for candidates, you represent KVC’s culture from the very first interaction. This role requires adaptability beyond a standard Monday–Friday schedule to meet real-time staffing demands. You will partner closely with Human Resources, leadership, and external agencies to maintain staffing levels, uphold compliance standards, and support recruitment and onboarding efforts. Professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-focused mindset are essential. This is not a behind-the-scenes scheduling job. It is a mission-critical role where your decisions directly affect care delivery, team performance, and organizational success. If you are highly organized, people-focused, and motivated by meaningful work, this position offers both challenge and purpose.
