About The Position

Work collaboratively to create and update staffing plans and maximize resource efficiency and staff allocation. We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to: Build partnerships with various disciplines across the organization. Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs. Critically think to allocate and assign resources to fill current daily staffing needs across nursing. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role or customer service-related field Required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field Preferred
  • 3 years in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting Preferred
