About The Position

As a Staffing Coordinator for Main Line Health at the Radnor Corporate Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Nursing Departments are appropriately staffed each day. This position also involves serving as the initial point of contact for assigning patients into appropriate beds. You will need to be knowledgeable about unit algorithms and acuity to allocate resources equitably. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by working with external agencies, departmental managers, employees, vendors, patients, families, and agency staff.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of medical or staffing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED Required.

• Two year college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Nursing Departments are appropriately staffed each day.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for assigning patients into appropriate beds.
• Allocate resources in an equitable manner based on unit algorithms and acuity.
• Work with external agencies, departmental managers, employees, vendors, patients, families, and agency staff.
