About The Position
Stewart Facility Services is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Part-Time Staffing Coordinator/Admin to help manage and support our new and existing North Alabama operations. This position combines recruiting, employee support, and occasional cleaning field work.
Requirements

- Comfortable traveling throughout North Alabama
- Occasional evening and weekend availability

Responsibilities
- Review candidates
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified employees
- Coordinate onboarding and train new team members
- Visit customer locations as scheduled for inspections
- Provide occasional hands-on cleaning coverage when employees are unavailable
