About The Position

Under the direction of the Supervisor, this role provides staffing and scheduling support to nursing leaders for licensed staff roles. The position involves verifying licenses and certifications, serving as a liaison between the nursing administration department and other hospital departments, assisting with reports and staffing variances, and actively participating in recruitment activities for nursing services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be familiar with medical terminology
• Experience with the use of a computer

Responsibilities

• Provide staffing and scheduling support to nursing leaders for licensed healthcare staff under the direction of the Supervisor.
• Verify and maintain records of employee licenses, certifications, and credentialing requirements to ensure compliance.
• Serve as a liaison between Nursing Administration and other hospital departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
• Assist Nursing Administration in preparing reports, monitoring staffing variances, and supporting workforce scheduling activities.
• Participate in recruitment efforts for nursing services, including candidate engagement and staffing support initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
