Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hiring, staffing, scheduling, or workforce management preferred
  • Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking and basic formulas preferred

Responsibilities

  • Forecast staffing needs based on business demands and performance goals
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Coordinate onboarding and training to ensure new hires are set up for success
  • Represent the organization at hiring events and within the community
  • Create and manage employee schedules across multiple teams
  • Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and coverage needs
  • Ensure schedules align with operational demands and performance targets
  • Adjust staffing plans proactively based on trends and business needs
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Monitor turnover trends and implement strategies to improve retention
  • Partner with leadership to address staffing challenges and improve team performance
  • Maintain a positive and productive team environment
  • Maintain accurate employee data, schedules, and timecards in Paycom
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and attendance standards
  • Monitor key staffing and performance metrics
  • Open and prepare the office daily to ensure operational readiness
  • Partner with leadership to improve hiring, staffing, and retention strategies
  • Communicate staffing updates, challenges, and solutions proactively
  • Support process improvements related to workforce planning and scheduling
  • Meet monthly hiring and interview completion goals
  • Accurately forecast staffing needs at least two weeks in advance
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels to support operational efficiency
  • Ensure schedules are completed accurately and on time
  • Monitor and improve retention and turnover trends
  • Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping standards
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve staffing and scheduling processes
